Friday: Fort Lauderdale Mural

It’s time for a little getaway.  We flew up to Miami today (with a slight delay), jumped in a hire car and drove an hour and a bit up to Fort Lauderdale.  

The flight was practically empty which was a little unusual. The drive was fine but it was after dark and not particularly interesting.  It was already quite late when we arrived but we managed to get a few nice beers and a lovely dinner.  

We had a brief stroll on the beach where we spotted this mural.  Looking forward to seeing things in daylight tomorrow.
