2024 Wednesday — Friends

Breakfast with Robin & Cynthia this morning was wonderful. We had not been together since before the holidays. They live in Yosemite Lakes (3+ hours east) and bring their RV to our little beach town about three times a year for 12 - 14 days.

We have not been to a restaurant in months. We figured breakfast would be the most likely for low sodium possibilities. When Mr. Fun asked our Sea Shanty restaurant server if the chef/cook could with a “no add salt to the scrambled eggs or the potatoes,” request, she replied, “We never do.”

So we’ve now learned that breakfast is a meal that is a possibility for low sodium.

P. S. I am still quite involved in 30-Day Writing Challenge with a group of writers and that is occupying lots of my attention . . . somedays it takes me all day to write 10 minutes.
