Salmon with a herb crust
Another EB, I'm afraid. This time salmon steaks with a herb crust which Martin made for us after I visited my Mother this afternoon. Earlier, and later, lots of conversations (by phone and email) with my two sisters (one in Cornwall and the other in Australia) regarding the arrangements we are making for our aunt's funeral, and the disposal of her personal chattels. We'd like her very close friends to choose a few mementos.
This evening, we battened down the hatches in readiness for Storm Isha the fiercest yet this winter, due to come in overnight.
