Nails

Out for a coffee with my niece, she was admiring her new nail colour, when I took this blip. She, like I, have recently stopped biting our nails (I regress sometimes) and now are experimenting with vibrant colours - a new phenomena for both of us. she added that people notice her nails more than her hair style or make-up.

Coincidentally in Derry, I was waiting at the traffic lights and holding my brolly. A drunk guy, propping himself on the lights turned to me and said "nice nails". I was definitely flattered, after a lifetime of nail biting, to get this compliment.
