I shot this dunnock singing lustily while I was with a pleasant young man from UK Power Networks. The high voltage lines that cross our field had been arcing with trees during Storm Isha's high winds overnight. Mishka and I went on a site visit with him. Though the trees aren't touching the power lines they will have to be cut back for safety. We commented to each other about what a beautiful day it was and my bird looks to me as though it's singing the song from Oklahoma!
