Notes: Cold morning, showed 63 deg inside when I got up, which was waiting as long as I could. Did some things around the house (like going thru the glass jar cabinet and throwing a bunch out that were from some grocery product) and online a bit and then started work ~1030a ... went until nearly 2p, made a batch of coco whipped cream, jumped in shower (didn't realize how cold I was all the way thru) and then made a quick and easy meal of the rest of the soup and quinoa bowl, sauteed some kale and also made kale chips, to go in quinoa and to eat outright. Did walk to the garbage w/ 2 bags ... gray and mid 60s, felt a bit warmer than I expected. Watched some vids in the afternoon, chatted w/ Jo a bit on Telegram. Watched a bit of Netflix in the evening then went to bed w/ a meditation.
