Top of The South

That's the South Island of NZ of course. 
The pic was shot out of the window of the Jet taking The Boss and Me (under the seat in front) back to Wellington today. this was the first bit of land we spotted as the South Island was completely covered almost the entire way North. 
The lake on the  left is Grassmere which produces about half of the countries salt requirements. 
You can remember this the next time you have Fish and Chips.......
