Storm Isha
We got off lightly although the sound of the wind round the house was impressive. Two trees that are in pots, one waiting to be planted out were blown down and our outside Christmas tree, which reminds me that it needs potting on. But terrible storms in Northern Ireland and Wales where I spoke to Wendy on zoom in the morning.
The day was calmer but with a cold breeze which kept catching me by surprise. I walked in the woods first thing and there was only one dead branch down. I think storms at this time of year, when there are no leaves does mean there are fewer trees down. Compared to in Autumn storms.
A day of zooms in the home office, a dash to the dental hygienist at lunch and we finally managed to watch the first of True Detective.
