Sunset Swim

Swam 30 lengths this evening in the outdoor pool. It was chilly getting in and out (air temp 1C) but pleasant in the water at 19C. I had the pool to myself the first 15 mins ! Lovely.

Before my swim I was interviewed by a journalist from the Kent messenger about why I swim outside in winter. Looking forward to the article coming out. Hope it encourages others to use the pool. It’s a charity pool so won’t survive without members.
