with his mantle of snow, as are all the other Munros, although all thawed at lower levels, where it is sodden underfoot and the burns are over their banks. Further along this track there are stepping stones and a bridge. The river was so high they were impossible and acres of land were underwater. Because of the sun they looked very blue and attractive.
