Glowing!

Glowing review of this book - an impressive, thought evoking well written book, covering some very impressive topics that are all linked to land and trespass. The age old debate of the few benefiting where the many should when it comes to land and its value certainly struck a chord and the author posed some interesting arguments!

The sun rise was captured as I headed out on my run,hard to believe the sun wasn’t fully up! The run was amazing and just what I needed after a tough long run last week! Deload week is going well and the numbers start to track up soon for marathon training! I feel ready for it though!
