Distribution depot

I ordered some new furniture and china for the bathroom. 
The delivery was due to be made on a pallet truck. The haulage company called to arrange and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the distribution hub was about half a mile from my office. It was much more convenient for me to collect than wait at home. 
I think the driver would also have been pleased, given the size of the wagon and the little roads around our village.
