More Victoriana

Today I drove all the way to Sussex (and back) for the final round of treatment on my broken tooth. The anaesthetic hasn't worn off yet so I'm blissful unaware of any pain. 

On the way to the dentist I just had time to nip into the church of St Thomas a Becket to look at the stained glass windows. Having much admired the medieval Becket window at Christ Church Oxford earlier this week I was hoping for more of the same. Unfortunately while the church has some medieval lancet windows the glass is all Victorian. And since you can't get much more Victorian than an 1897 Queen Victoria Diamond Jubilee window that's my blip. This one is by James Powell & Sons and features St George and St Augustine.
