The students in Flat 66 are putting their post its to good use ;)
Took a book and picked up a book at the library then walked up to therapy. An awful session, dissociating for most of it, unable to speak and feeling paralysed. 
Came back  and cried, now hating my life, thinking I have no purpose, stuck in a rut of doing nothing. Its a rollercoaster.
