Up so early this morning. Still with a headache. 
I felt 'off' this morning, a bit dysregulated, not knowing what to do. 
I knew I had to drop off the dehumidifier I borrowed from S and K, and get shopping for mum; she comes home Monday. 
I also wanted to get draught excluder tape for the window but it was 3 times the price of amazon. Got the shopping, dropped into S and K, then home. 
As I passed the park I noticed this tree, so stopped and had a wander in. 
Felt so agitated at home, tried some somatic eye movement that J showed me. Ended up in tears, pacing, really wanting to self harm and really trying hard not to . Don't know what to do
