Kayak tour

No cycling today, instead we spent the.morning relaxing in the hotel pool. This afternoon we went on a 3 hour kayak tour out across the bay and along one of the rivers into the dense mangrove forest. It was lovely gliding silently through the water beneath the lush vegetation. On the way back we visited a remote beach just over the sand dune from where this photo was taken. We had a refreshing swim and were served fresh pineapple and melon.
The second photo was taken as we were setting off. I'm at the rear of the yellow and green double kayak. It was a great afternoon,  and certainly a good workout for the arms and shoulders.
