Sunshine on the oak buds

My washing line is immediately below this tree, which can add to the wildlife that comes in with the washing in the summer.  I was hanging out the towels when I saw the sun glinting off the buds and twigs above me and there were blue tits flitting in and out as well.  I didn't manage to catch any birds in the shot.

I'm beginning to get itchy about the allotment and getting going up there.  I aim to spend this evening knocking some of these ideas into a plan for the next month.  I also need distribute the date palms to free up the propagator space for chillies and other peppers.
