Cabo Verde flowers

The hotel has a selection of flowers around the complex with a good irrigation system in place, producing lovely blooms.

Meal out last night at the specialist restaurant - steakhouse. Hubby had ribs and I had grilled salmon. It was gorgeous. We are booked into the Italian specialist restaurant tonight, looking forward to that too.

Morning walk on the beach early, still a little hazy. Red flag out as a mark of the swimming conditions for the sea, waves are quite rapid and high. Understandably hardly any sea swimmers as the hotel has 7 pools!

Update on Lili - she had an ok night with no accidents. Not interested in food this morning and still pacing and panting. My sister will monitor and report back.
