Strike a pose!

Today we went for a family walk up Dumgoyne hill which is prominent on the edge of the Campsie Fells and is a well known landmark visible from Glasgow. It is a volcanic plug and is 427 m high (1,402 feet).

It was very windy at the top as you can see from my hair. Here I am on the standing stone in 'the tree' yoga pose, nearly getting blown off!! You can just make out Ben Lomond in the distance just peaking out beneath the cloud line. That is our next walk and will be our first munro of the year to bag!!
