Salutations for summer solstice

Our friend had a charity fundraiser for her yoga for special groups. It was 108 sun salutations each for the group. I had a stiff back from the aircraft and so I managed two! Well you have to show willing. This was followed by a session of reiki to chill out and then the cold chill counter at ASDA for refreshments for the evening!
