Focaccia

I had bought this gluten free focaccia mix a couple of months ago but only got round to making it today because we anticipated going to Livio's Italian restaurant in the evening. Colin was to join us.

Except that Livio's was closed when we arrived there. Colin went home and ordered a Chinese takeaway. Len and I went to Little India for ours. I prefer Indian.
