Spot the motorway

The view north-west from Compton Down. If you look a bit closely you'll spot the cutting through Twyford Down where the M3 runs through. Closer by, it's still a large gash.

Nevertheless, an excellent walk from north Winchester to the south via downlands and suburbs. Then a bus back and an excellent flat white.
