Notes: Woke 4a again and awake awhile before drifting in and out then up just after 7a. Quick shower, had coffee, headed south ~830a. Got to Nancy's and we did a quick stop at Rollin' Oats and then on to meet her realtor friend to view a unit in Coquina Key, on the water, nice deck and back patio cover, ok kitchen, bathtub. Place was dirty tho, dead roach in a closet, pee all over the toilet and bathroom was quite a mess. They have a big pool and fitness center w/ all new equipment but laundry is up in the community center and no assigned parking (and defin no cover). Really conflicted about it. Brought 30th to Rte 19 back and saw this cool octopus mural. Went to the pool when I got back - another hot day and got some decent sun. Early afternoon meal of leftovers, took a shower and then hopped on Zoom for the Community 2 hr one, from 3-5p w/ Jo - was just 3 of us, quite good and felt very connected. Streamed some shows in the evening but not that into them.
