Continuing the theme of my car parked in random places, today’s picture is from outside the Eagle & Child in Staveley.
I was there because it was our post Panto get together. A chance to meet up with cast and crew again, to chat about the show and to enjoy some delicious, home cooked food.
Not that many of us there as in previous years, due to all sorts of prior commitments, but a very enjoyable evening was had by those who were able to make it.
I had a delicious meal of Cumberland Sausage and Mash, followed by Apple Crumble and Custard. Very tasty and not too heavy on the stomach.
It wasn’t a late night and I’m back home now to watch The Big Night of Musicals on iPlayer before heading to bed.
