And your parking permit, sir?

Spotted at the harbour in St Peter Port, just near the local co-op where we were getting some supplies.

The weather forecast not being overly good, we thought hmmm let's get the bus that tours round the whole island - unfortunately most of the other tourists had the same thought, so we were standing for the first half hour of the journey. And as the bus was a single decker and stepped, the further back we had to move the less we could see. But once seated it was grand.

We had lunch al fresco near the front in a sheltered spot. As you can see from the photo, the wind was still blowing. Tomorrow should be calmer.
