Along the estuary path

We all went for a walk this morning along the new estuary path towards Otterton.  Unfortunately we weren't able to make it a circular walk as the path was flooded before we reached the riverside.  We did however see a group of about 6 Curlews feeding in the nearby field.  As we turned to retreat our footsteps it became increasingly cold as a cold wind had picked up.  Rather than walking home via the beach we headed straight back home.  An enjoyable walk though.

An afternoon of sorting things out and a lot of cooking.
