Bloomin’ early

Again no otter so I went for a walk up Blackford hill. The morning had consisted of a meeting on heating and sorting through statistics. Also planning a (delayed) 50 year reunion.

So it was good to get some fresh air and exercise.

I was very surprised to see the extent of the gorse in bloom. I’m much more used to seeing it in April/May although it can bloom from January. But the extent of the flowering was noticeable. So some colour to brighten up a wet and grey afternoon.
