Tuesday

My usual Tues walk/coffee with a friend was cancelled today as I had a 30min phone call with a mental health organisation that I was referred to. They are offering peer support, their waiting list is 18-24 months but they wanted an initial conversation to exchange information. 
I was ready for 11am, and at 10.57am got a text cancelling the call as the person was off sick! It will be rearranged. 

Much later I got dressed and went for a walk in the sun.
