Walked into Holmfirth to the surgery for another blood pressure review this afternoon. Not surprisingly, my BP is up since the meds were reduced, so they've been upped again, but not quite as much as before. Back again next month...

Popped into Lidl on the way home. On one aisle were reduced price left-over Christmas items and, directly opposite, these. As yet no sign of the mid-February Retail Fest in this particular store!
