One for sorrow.....

...two for joy.  While enjoying a walk with No.1 we spotted two magpies in the trees outside P&T's house.  No.1 has a 'thing' for magpies and always salutes one if it is flying solo?  Not sure that I understand why but there is probably a good reason.

OH went to see SIL and they sorted out MIL's finances - high interest account to pay for the care home over the next few years!!!  Bye bye inheritance.

No.1 and I had a nice day and she got her nails and eyebrows done and then we went for a walk.  She seems much brighter today so hopefully we ARE turning that corner.  We spent the afternoon sewing and making a start on third baby quilt for JC's sister who gave birth last week.
