Easy to spot ....

..... among the other female mallards. She has made the Maxwell Park pond her home but I'm not sure whether she has ever been a mum yet. Ducklings in Maxwell Park have a very poor survival rate .... the pond is really quite small and the sharp eyed heron takes every chance possible to nab one or more of the youngsters.
