I had a 60 minute meeting that exhausted me. It felt like two weeks. It was then followed by another meeting that was nearly as much. 

The EU and Prime Minister Viktor Orban of Hungary have agreed to create a 50-billion-euro fund for Ukraine, demonstrating EU resolve to stand by Ukraine. Organ tried to make it so the decision would be revisited every year which would recreate this drama every year but the EU refused. Supposedly he received nothing for his vote. The European Parliament needs to approve the fund by simple majority. 


Ukraine and a Russian military blogger said Ukraine hit a Russian missile boat called Ivanovets in the Black Sea. 

Lancashire charity International Aid Trust sent 55 lorries/semi-trucks of humanitarian aid to Ukraine. Military leaders in Ukraine have given them an award.
