Fran, Margo, Ruth and Donna. Wait. There are already four. Yes. That’s true. Today we were five. So we took turns sitting out one and playing four, shifting places each hand. This works well because we don’t play games. We just play individual hands. We use the boards to prepare eight hands and reshuffle if we have time for more. If you know bridge you know this an unusual way to play. True. But it works well for us. Today we celebrated my birthday two weeks after the fact. I wasn’t expecting that. Donna brought a rich yummy cake. And I got to wear the birthday tiara.
