Well thanks for the support

So I do day 2 of insanity (well at least 20 mins of it on and off) awaiting the boys arrival home so he can start his regime before dinner. The boy arrives home with absolutely no plans to exercise armed with a large bar of Green and Blacks. He announces that the chocolate was half price so it couldn't be helped and that it was dark chocolate so it wasn't for me anyway. If it's chocolate ate it shouldn't be in the house. I resisted tonight but Will Power never stays around these parts for long.
