Slow, sore Sunday

Recovery day, a very quiet day at home.

Used my electric heat pad a lot today, awoke at 6amish in absolute agony as is my norm. I often don’t sleep at all. Fibromyalgia spasms are the worst.

Us spoonies always pay for everything we do but zero regrets about going to Irene’s party, it was a great laugh and I have some brilliant photos.

Very boring Blip today as the drizzly, damp weather and the higher pain day plus recharge time meant I remained indoors - my planner which I use to keep myself organised.

I’ve always loved notebooks, planners and diaries.

Hope you have all had a wonderful weekend, I have a busy week ahead so lots of pacing will be compulsory! :) xx
