Notes: Woke early then finally back to sleep until after 7a. Didn't plan to bike w/ projected rain and underarms too raw and painful to consider jogging or swimming. Thought qigong and yoga would be ok but those both proved unattainable w/in the first min ... Rain started around 730-745a and was wonderful for awhile and then it cleared off (boo!). In the meantime, had some jazz and candle and sometimes the "fireplace" on. Had coffee, watched the Sun morn show and tried to determine if I was up to driving to the gallery and participating in the class. Took a shower and dressed. Was hard to get out the door but left ~1150a, got there early and we started late and still had a long wait for some who got the time wrong. Was really good tho, and helped shift me to a better place. This is the piece I created and left there to dry. Was about 6p when I got back, another rinse-off (underarms not doing well and quite painful).
