…whether to call it "Before & after", or "Another Motherism". I think (I've no reason to suspect they are any other than the type Jerra blipped, not that long ago.
      BUT, I seldom see them actually open.  More usually like the one on the left.
      OH! The Motherinsm?  A saying, from days of yore.  She'd often say two things were - " It's t'syam Dog weshed." 
      For those unfamiliar with the tongue, it translates, literally, as:-
"The same Dog, washed."  I'm guessing/presuming that doesn't need much explanation?
