More Shed.

BEWARE!!!  The sound of own Trumpets.
"When Ah waz a lad - - - "  I took up Cross-country running for two reasons.  Firstly - I hated Cricket; in my career I scored one run and bowled one out before I started cross-country.
Secondly - I enjoyed running.  I suspect anybody daft enough to run down to the Shore at Allonby - along the Coast road - back via Hayton; about 11 miles in about an hour-5 mins, must at least, like running.   I've just checked -"Altitude Aspatria, UK Altitude: 79 m (259 ft)" down and same back up.
Another claim to fame - I was picked to run for the County Cross Country team and was thwarted by a HUGE Carbuncle - BUT - still got the "Cabbage" Blazer Badge, since deteriorated and this more modest version.
