Big boy, little cars

Lex's stair chair is not working and it's stuck halfway up the stairs, so I had to come into the house via the steep front steps.  Fortunately Andrew lent me his strong arm and helped me get up.  Our old friend Bruce is visiting for the weekend and it was good to see him.  

This is Sam playing with the big collection of small cars that was Sarah's when she was small.  She would line them up along the big windowsill; I'm sure the twins will get around to that soon.  The twins play somewhat more quietly now and were continually talking to each other.   They're so articulate!  They also did a bit of reading with Grandma (Extra.)  Dinner was pizza, of which I ate too much.
