Emergency blip

The dogs and I had a lovely early morning walk in the local woods as the sun was beginning to brighten the sky and the local tawny owl were twit twooing.
Seemed like a long day at work, there was an extra person helping from 9 til 2 which for a strange reason upset the way we normally work?!?
It didn't help that my thighs hurt from yesterday's race, must train harder on the hills from now on
