The long journey back. Relieved the boredom on the A14 after sunset by trying out the light trails section of an app which enables the android camera to take long exposures. The app is Camera FV-5; it simulates a long exposure by taking multiple, rapid, shots within the time set, as far as I understand.

I have done light trails properly a couple of times with camera & tripod - the app did its best, I think, but it's not designed to be used in a van in motion, no matter what the road surface is like!
