A change of plan

It was to have been a day at home ‘doing things’, but when I heard the forecast for snow in this area on  Thursday/ Friday I decided to ring my hairdresser to see if I could change my appointment for Friday morning. They were pleased to oblige and offered me an alternative one this afternoon. 

The weather today was wet and windy. I got to town a little early and sat in the car park looking at the rain falling for a few minutes. A bit of rain today is a better than the risk of snow on the road later in the week.
