Using up old veg

Need to unwind.

Invited to a systems meeting at the GPs, along with another patient (who coincidently I know from the spa). We ran through how we access blood test results and issues connected with the reporting of them etc. Excellent meeting. Meeting held by someone we know well - met her first on 2012 - friend of a friend. Takes her work seriously. Will understandably take to improve computer systems – but credit to my surgery for being proactive.


Offered £10 compensation by Vodafone. My response 'Is that a joke!' Being escalated. Should hear in 2-10 days. Unlikely that will be remotely acceptable! Will fight until I'm satisfied.
