Truly awful grey, wet, cold and windy day, had to negotiate flooded road sections getting to the car mechanic, Mike braved the bottle bank , but it was worth battling the wild weather to be rid of the tidal wave of jars coming out the cupboard. I gave moral support from inside the car :0)
It brightened up for about 20 mins at lunch time so I dashed out with the poor dog who was very ready to run around whatever the weather .
