From Outside to Inside

As was predicted last Tuesday, the winds and the rain came and I had to rescue some of my peonies from the garden.

I have enjoyed having them inside though. There is a certain sense of satisfaction, having cut flowers, from your garden, in a vase on your dining room table! I think it may motivate me to grow more flowers in the garden.
