Helman tor

Joined my Bodmin friends for a run up to Helman tor. It was a bit further than they said it was and we ended running 7.5miles.
Got home and took the dogs for a long walk in the woods, definitely got my steps in today :-)
Booked in to yoga tonight, I think my hips and back need it
