a whiles at Derwentwater on the way back from launching the new Workington Weekly Wander.
We've been given free access to a community room in the middle of town, as well as refreshments, which makes a massive difference to people turning up. It's not a great area for walking, but I'll make it work. I'm hoping it can become one of the walks we can pay some of our newly qualified Volunteers to do on our behalf (separate to their volunteer agreement; a double win for them).

Wanted some brain time on the way back, so went for a wander with Missy at a favourite place. Called it a day when the freezing hail arrived. 

Ps, thank you for all the kind comments about Uncle Andy. He passed away in the early hours, gone to his final rest, a truly good and gentle soul.
