Practising Perspective
I started my perspective drawing homework: selecting figures to resize and place on lines radiating from a vanishing point. So the woman in front was originally walking under the railway bridge in Norbury, while the men chatting were crossing the road at Tooting.
In real life news, my partner and I found an unexpected, disused chalk quarry a short walk from our home. It's open to explore, which I assume means there are no pits to fall into, but I wasn't charging around anyway. There may also be someone living there, so I don't want to disturb them. It's a bit of a bird haven there, and I saw a light-brown herring full sized bird flying around, which I think was a buzzard.
