Chicken

Chicken breast with creamy mustard and cumin sauce, wild rice blend with porcini mushroom, and roasted corn. Wine: Hendry Napa Malbec 2019.

This was an excellent dinner and wine. The latter is definitely a strong vindication for the power of terroir as it tastes more like a wine from Napa than a Malbec (and has a wonderful character from having been aged in 40% new French oak).
