Dates

Dates.

I got a variety pack of dates from the farm store of a locally famous date farm when we went out to the desert a couple weeks ago. Two varieties are new to me (khadrawy and theory), and two are very familiar (medjool and deglat noor). Medjools remain the king of the dates for me, but I'm enjoying experiencing the diversity.
